Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original payment.
Once we have received the product(s) and, if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 7–10 days; please note that it may take up to 10 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
Return Eligibility
Your item must be in the same condition, "like new," that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that weren't returned within 30 days from the date the customer received the item
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items that are not in their original packaging
- Items that do not have all the tags and accessories
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will cover the return shipping cost in this case.
Change of mind
If you change your mind and no longer want the item, then you can return the product for a refund; however, you have to pay for the return shipping cost.
Item Never Arrived
If you didn't get your item within 10 days, then contact us using the below form. We will escalate the issue. However, you can claim a refund if you don't get your item within 10 days. We will happily refund you.
Cancellation after ordering
You can cancel the order for a refund within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, then it’s not possible to cancel the order; however, you can return the product when it arrives for a refund.
Please note: If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, then you have to pay for the return shipping cost.
Return Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, if that's your fault. However, if we make a mistake on our end, we will pay the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

To start a return, please fill out the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
